Checkout will tell you when payment is unavailable. Because no payment is taken, there is no order to refund. When payments begin A refund can be considered only after a real payment has been received for a course. Learn By Us will say, on this page, how long a refund request can be made and how it will be returned. What a refund covers A refund, once payments exist, would apply to the course fee that was actually paid. It would not apply to a course that was never purchased, and it would not be issued for a page view or an account on its own. How to ask When payments are available, write through the contact form with the email on your account and the course name. Learn By Us will reply from the records it keeps. This form does not send an automatic payment or an automatic refund.
